If you decide to sell your entire property, we will offer it to NOMADU and divide the ownership into 8 parts. These 8 parts of the property are sold separately, reducing the purchase price to ⅛, increasing the underlying interest of potential buyers. In this way, we open the door for those who do not want to invest in the purchase of an entire vacation property due to financial, time or other constraints. A property that meets the NOMADU criteria (quality location, valuable property) is sold on average in 2 months from the publication of the offer.”
NOMADU will buy a vacation property from you once it has interested clients. This property will be acquired for a new company established for this purpose, with a maximum of 8 shares. This company will become the new owner and will be registered in the real estate cadastre. Depending on your needs and intended usage, you can retain one-eighth, one-quarter, or even half of the shares in this company as an owner. The remaining shares will be sold by NOMADU to other carefully selected owners
After 12 months, you can sell all your remaining shares. If the other owners have not exercised their preemptive rights, NOMADU will be happy to assist you in reselling your shares.
